What will happen after the free Sign up?

After signing up, you will get a 7-day trial on the Pro package. You can practice using DEMO funds or connect exchanges to trade in LIVE mode. Once the trial is finished, you will be offered to choose one of our paid plans to continue using the extended functionality of the platform in Live mode. If you decide to stay on the Free plan, you will lose some of our great features.

What payment methods do you support?

For monthly payments, we support payment with cryptocurrency (BTC). All submitted information is encrypted, so you can be confident that all details are safe and secure.

What will happen once my paid plan is over?

Once your paid plan is finished and you haven’t renewed it, you will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will lose all the premium plan benefits, all active bots will be deleted and open orders closed.

Does 4FX Platform take any fees from trades?

No, there are no fees from trades. You only pay a monthly subscription fee for using the platform to have access to useful tools that make trading and managing crypto more efficient.

What about the safety of my funds? How secure is your site?

All 4FX Platform connections are encrypted using HTTPS using state of the art RSA 2048-bit encryption. More importantly, 4FX Platform doesn’t have any access to your funds, and all your crypto assets always remain directly on your exchanges. Please see our security page for more information.

How can I get a refund?

Please contact us first via live chat on the platform to find out if a refund is eligible for your account. You can also check our Refund Policy yourself and send us a request to support@4fx.space.

What happens to my data if I stop using 4FX Platform?

We’ll keep your data safe on our servers for one year just in case you’d like to come back. If you remain on a Free plan for one year, your data will be removed permanently.

Can I switch plans?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from this page. The plan upgrade will unlock more functionality for your 4FX Platform account, but the period of the current subscription will be reduced. If you would like to downgrade your current plan to the previous subscription tier, then you must cancel your auto-renewal and wait until the current subscription expires. After that, you will be able to select a new subscription plan.
